relaxed villa stay
equipped kitchen air conditioning relaxing atmosphere
the villa had a well-equipped kitchen (i really liked the coffee machine). the air conditioning worked well in the rooms, keeping them cool. ubers were easy to get and reasonably priced. the pool and bar area offered a relaxing atmosphere.
the reception staff were short-mannered. they eventually helped, but the initial interaction wasn't cute.

unfriendly staff sticky residue
The kitchen was well equipped and facilitated easy meal preparation.
The check-in process was far from smooth. It took over thirty minutes. Reception staff were not friendly, leaving a sour first impression. I discovered a sticky residue on a countertop, and I had to personally acquire cleaning supplies to resolve it.
